Crida als radioaficionats a participar a la manifestació del 15 d’abril

 

Els radioaficionats de Catalunya, d’acord amb el compromís cívic i social que han manifestat reiteradament, fa una crida a participar demà diumenge 15 d’abril a la manifestació convocada per l’Espai Democràcia i Convivència.

Els radioaficionats subscriuen completament el lema de la manifestació ‘Pels drets i les llibertats, per la democràcia i la cohesió, us volem a casa!’ preocupats per la vulneració dels drets fonamentals i les llibertats democràtiques, i conseqüentment, convoca a tot el col·lectiu a manifestar-se per donar una resposta unitària en defensa de les institucions catalanes, els drets fonamentals, la democràcia, la cohesió social i el dret del poble català a decidir el seu futur polític. No hi faltem!

EG3DSJ (Diada de Sant Jordi 2018)

 

Diada de ràdio al Castell de Torcafelló, Maçanet de la Selva (La Selva) el dia 22 d’abril de 2018.
Activitat de la diada de Sant Jordi. Es posarà a l’aire l’indicatiu especial EG3DSJ a les bandes de 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 2 i 0,70 m.
Durant tot el dia el grup Mike Uniform activarà l’estació especial 30MU/SJ a la banda d’11 m. i es faran demostracions i comunicats en els modes digitals PSK, RTTY, SSTV i FT8. També es mostrarà el funcionament del mode DMR (Digital Mobile Radio). Es realitzaran activitats dirigides als nens i se’ls premiarà amb un diploma d’operador de ràdio. La zona serà tancada i l’accés es farà a peu a uns 200 metres de l’aparcament.

Horari: de 2/4 de 10 del matí a les 8 de la tarda.

Canvis de la nova versió:
– S’ha reduït l’ús de memòria
– S’ha actualitzat el fitxer ALLCALL.TXT que conté 58.135 indicatius
– Solucionat l’error de la notificació “nou indicatiu”
– Augmentada la sensibilitat del descodificador FT8 al menú configuració, on es pot seleccionar senyals febles de llindar molt baix
– S’han aplicat més filtres per eliminar descodificacions falses d’FT8
– S’ha canviat la posició del botó “STOP” a la part inferior dels altres botons
– Configuració de la profunditat de descodificació d’FT8 al menú “DECODE” amb tres nivells: ràpida, mitjana i profunda.

Els experts de l’ONU insten a l’estat espanyol a no perseguir els càrrecs polítics de Catalunya

United Nations expert urges Spain not to pursue criminal charges of rebellion against political figures in Catalonia

GENEVA (6 April 2018) – The UN Special Rapporteur on the right to freedom of opinion and expression, David Kaye, urged Spanish authorities to refrain from pursuing the criminal charge of rebellion against political figures and protesters in Catalonia that carries a jail sentence of up to 30 years.

“Prosecutions for ‘rebellion’ that could lead to lengthy jail sentences raise serious risks of deterring wholly legitimate speech, even if it is controversial and discomfiting,” said Kaye. “Freedom of expression is the cornerstone of every free and democratic society, and it will remain so long after the current political controversies subside.”

Following a referendum last October deemed void and unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court, Spanish authorities arrested then-members of the Catalan Government and leaders of civil society organisations and charged them with rebellion, among other charges. Carles Puigdemont, former president of Catalonia, was among those charged; on request from Spain, he was arrested in Germany and may face extradition.

“I am concerned that charges of rebellion for acts that do not involve violence or incitement to violence may interfere with rights of public protest and dissent,” the Special Rapporteur said. “International human rights law cautions that, especially in situations involving political dissent, restrictions should only be imposed when they are strictly necessary and proportionate to protect the State’s interests.

“I am hopeful that Spain will deploy its democratic institutions to foster space for debate, and find creative tools of dialogue and reconciliation to deal with the current political situation,” Kaye added.
